1. General

Somani Wellness is a retail and delivery service providing medicines, supplements, dry fruits, and wellness products in and around Gangtok. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian to use our services.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date. However, Somani Wellness is not liable for any errors or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed in-store, over the phone, or via WhatsApp.

  • Full payment is required upon delivery unless agreed otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with due communication to the customer.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Free delivery is available in Gangtok from Burtuk to 6th Mile on orders of ₹500 or more.

  • A delivery charge of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹500.

  • We aim for prompt and reliable delivery, but exact delivery times may vary based on location and order volume.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, expired, or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Medicines once sold are generally non-returnable as per regulatory norms, unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is used only for order processing, delivery, and promotional communication with your consent. We never share your data with third parties.

8. Modifications

Somani Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept those changes.
